Next Big Step (NBS) is a workforce development program guiding ThrivePoint students in exploring careers, choosing paths, and gaining the training needed for success after graduation. It’s the core of how we serve our students.

Through collaboration with campus and district staff, we partner with the business community to host speakers, community events, and career-focused field trips.

Student Success Coaches (SSCs) 

At ThrivePoint, our Student Success Coaches provide one-on-one support to guide students toward success. By focusing on communication, advocacy, and personalized support, they help students overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their goals. Our coaches work with staff and community partners to create engaging opportunities and ensure every student is prepared for their next big step.

Online Classes 

ThrivePoint Online offers a flexible, engaging learning experience tailored to each student’s needs. With six-week courses and weekly enrollment, students can start anytime and learn at their own pace.

Our program combines innovative technology with personalized instruction, providing interactive lessons and one-on-one teacher support. Whether students need credit recovery, advanced coursework, or a customized schedule, they receive the guidance they need to succeed. ThrivePoint empowers learners to reach their full potential from anywhere, anytime.

Curriculum

ThrivePoint Academy prepares students for college and careers with a curriculum focused on core subjects and diverse electives like entrepreneurship and the arts. Students gain real-world experience through internships, mentorships, and career-focused opportunities.
